Does the case include screen protector?
All the case is generally designed to come with a built in screen protector.
How does the kickstand enhance usability?

Does this case allow access to all ports?

Are the hand strap & shoulder strap adjustable and detachable?
- Hand strap: The hand strap is fixed to the disc with screws. It's just adjustable, suit for adults and children.
- Shoulder strap: The shoulder strap is adjustable and detachable. It allows users to carry their iPad conveniently during outdoor activities or attach it to a car seat.
Order
How can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your item, invoice, billing, or shipping information once an order has been processed online. If needed, please email us to cancel the order and place a new one.
What can you do if ordered a wrong item and it has already been shipped with a tracking number?
Once an order has been processed and shipped out with a tracking number, please contact us at miesherkcase@hotmail.com immediately. We will advise you to RETURN TO SENDER through your shipping carrier once you receive the package. Once you notify us that you will return the unopened package, we can assign you a case number. The case number will be our reference as a pre-notification, the miesherk Customer Care Team to issue you a refund immediately upon receipt of your unopened return item. We will then issue you a refund in the original form of payment. (Shipping fees are nonrefundable.)
How long will it take to get the order?
Due to circumstances beyond our control, it depends. Orders processed here will take 5-9 business days to arrive.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, please check the return policy. Just email us directly and we will take you through the process.
